Sabaya Car provides a technology platform that connects passengers with independent female drivers for transportation services. We do not provide transportation services directly but facilitate connections between users and drivers.

User Conduct

- Be ready for pickup at the designated time and location

- Not use the service for illegal activities
Driver Requirements
All drivers on our platform must:
- Be female and at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid driver's license and insurance
- Pass background checks and vehicle inspections
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Keep their vehicle clean and well-maintained
Payment Terms
Payment for rides is processed through our platform. By using our services, you agree to:
- Pay all charges associated with your rides
- Provide valid payment method information
- Accept dynamic pricing during high-demand periods
- Pay any applicable taxes and fees
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a ride request before the driver arrives. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after the driver has been dispatched or has arrived at your location. Specific cancellation terms will be displayed in the app.
Limitation of Liability
Sabaya Car acts as an intermediary between passengers and drivers. We are not liable for the actions of drivers or passengers, vehicle accidents, property damage, or personal injury that may occur during rides. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
